Little Champions

Our Little Champion program is for children ages 4-6. Each class your child will not only learn life skills such as discipline, respect and fitness but also how to apply them in everyday situations. Each class parents can participate in a portion of the class to practice these life skills first hand with their child. The purpose of this program is to help your child improve every day on the mat with our instructors or off the mat at home. 

Juniors Program

Training includes systematic exercises and maneuvers to improve a child’s mental and physical abilities. With Karate, students will learn discipline, focus and strength, while Krav Maga complements the training with a practical and realistic self defense.  The Juniors program has several age groups so that students can feel comfortable learning with other students their own age. 

Adults

There are many benefits to training in the martial arts for adults. Our program incorporates several different styles of martial arts such as Karate, Kickboxing and Krav Maga. These styles allow us to offer safe, reality based street self-defense and offers you an excellent workout while you are able to build your confidence and improve every time you step onto the training floor.

Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing is one of the best ways to reach your fitness goals. Our classes combine exercises that will improve your cardio, endurance, strength and flexibility. Our instructors will make you feel as though you have your own personal trainer as they guide you through a warm-up to get your muscles ready for the workout, then help you burn major calories using calisthenics and pad drills to get your heart rate up, and finish the workout with a cool down and stretch leaving you refreshed, excited and looking forward to your next class.
